Nick Lachey is returning to Music Television. MTV announced the launch of several new dance and music-themed unscripted series to debut on the network later this year on Monday, including a drama from the former Newlyweds star that is described as a reality version of Fame.

The still-untitled pilot, which will be executive produced by one time 98 Degrees vocalist Lachey, will revolve around students at his alma mater, the School for Creative and Performing Arts in Cincinnati; incorporating music and dance into the day to day activities of high school life.
