Last week’s censored pics featuring a nakie Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo are apparently nothing compared to a scandalous roll of flicks featuring the B-Listers getting freaky wit’ it in ‘various positions’ in the jacuzzi. The sex pics are being compared to the original Paris Hilton sex tape and that comparision has the couple’s attorney threatening legal action against anyone who publishes the photos.

Marty Singer (their attorney) said, “The photos that were taken of our clients by a Mexican photographer violated Mexican law and were a clear invasion of privacy, and we have threatened to take legal action against third parties who publish the photos.”
