Nick Jonas has rekindled his romance with fellow teen superstar Miley Cyrus. The baby-faced crooner relationship with the Hannah Montana star was accidentially outed by big brother Joe Jonas during an interview with CNN’s Larry King Live on Thursday night.

Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas, both 16, dated for two years before splitting in 2007.

When the veteran asked if Joe’s girlfriend, actress Camilla Belle, was as famous as Nick’s love interest, Joe — without thinking — replied, “I don’t think anyone’s as famous as Miley Cyrus.”

(We’re glad we weren’t in the sitting between those two on the way home.)

“It’s a part of our lives we try to keep private,” Nick chimed in.

Oldest bro Kevin also tried to defuse the mess Joe created, “It’s odd when people all around the world are obsessed with a 16 year old’s love life.”
