Nick Hogan pled “no contest” and received an eight month jail sentence for his involvement the car accident which injured his friend, John Graziano. Nick Hogan potentially could have faced up to five years for reckless driving which resulted in serious bodily injury and a permanent vegetative state.

In addition to the eight month prison sentence, Hogan was also given 5 years probation during which time he is not allowed to consume alcohol. He also had his driver’s license revoked until he becomes 21 years old.

In addition to this sentence, Nick Hogan also faces a civil lawsuit from the family of John Graziano which could result in the loss of a large sum of money.
