Nick Hogan Crash Victim Released From Hospital After Two Years
The Iraq War veteran who suffered a severe brain injury in a street race involving Hulk Hogan’s son, Nick Hogan, has been released from a Tampa hospital two years after the near-fatal crash.
John Graziano, 24, left the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital with his mother Wednesday morning. In August 2007, Nick crashed into a palm tree in Clearwater while racing with a second vehicle. Graziano, a passenger in the car, will need lifetime medical care as a result of his injuries.
Nick served five months in jail for causing the crash.
Last March, Graziano’s family filed an auto negligence civil lawsuit against Nick, his wrestler dad Hogan, real name Terry Bollea, his mother Linda Bollea and friend Daniel Jacob, alleging they were negligent in their actions which led to Graziano’s injuries.
The family is seeking unspecified damages in the suit.
