Apparently Mariah did holler “We want prenup!” “We want prenup!” Mariah Carey, 38, has refuted rumors that she did not require her new husband, Nick Cannon, 27, who she had been dating for one month prior to the couple’s wall down the aisle, to sign a prenup.

“Anyone who thinks we didn’t have a prenup is smoking something!!!” a Fox Entertainment spy overheard the singer telling a friend.
