The award-winning songbird, who is moving from New York City to the West Coast, has reportedly made an offer on the world’s most expensive mansion.

According to reports, the singing superstar is willing to fork over $125 million for the 15-bedroom, French-style estate, which is located next door to the Playboy Mansion, in Holmby Hills, California.

Amenities include a library containing hundreds of rare books, two kitchens, and a screening room for 50.

“They like the home because there’s so little that needs doing to it.”
