As rumors of a pending divorce plague Madonna’s marriage to British director Guy Ritchie, the pop legend has sparked rumors of an inapproriate relationship between herself and a very married New York Yankees third baseman, Alex Rodriguez.

One source tells Us that Rodriguez, 32, visited the singer, 49, possibly as early as the night after his wife gave birth.

Madonna has been hosting late-night visits from the $28-million-a-year Rodriguez at her spacious home and he would sneak out “as late as midnight.”
