Brenda’s Back! And she’s as pushy as ever. Shannen Doherty hasn’t even set foot on the Hollywood set of The CW Network’s new Beverly Hills, 90210 spinoff the notorious brat is already devising ways to torment America’s favorite zip code.

Shannen will reprise the role she made famous in 1990 when she returns to the small screen as “Brenda Walsh” on The CW’s adaptation of the classic soap.

The actress, who was written out of the original series in 1994, has approached producers with a laundry list of requests that has some old fans of the show screaming “Deja Vu.”

“She’s fighting for the best of everything,” a Star Magazine set insider says of Shannen. “She wants the best of everything. She wants the biggest trailer, the best pay, the most screen time. It’s all very greedy and immature.”

“She’ll be on her best behavior for a while, but she’ll reveal her true self in time. The real Shannen Doherty does and says whatever she wants!”

Celebrity moles say the prospect of working with Doherty, 37, already has former 90210 castmate Jennie Garth sweating bullets. Jennie will also be returning to the halls of West Beverly Hills High, but Kelly Taylor is no longer the bubbly blonde “It Girl-” she’s now a guidance counselor.

“One thing is for sure, Jennie and Tori will not put up with Shannen’s shenanigans.”
