New “America’s Next Top Model” NYC Casting Call April 11
A new date has been set for America’s Next Top Model–Shorty Edition’s Big Apple casting after a stampede erupted at last month’s casting call, leaving six people injured and three people behind bars.
The new open casting session will take place on Saturday, April 11, and Tyra and The Gang have set new rules in place that state that no one can line up overnight or prior to 6 a.m. Only women applying will be allowed to stand in line, with an exception for those just shy of their 18th birthday; underage girls will be allowed to stand with one guardian.
Wristbands can be obtained beginning at 7 a.m.
Those auditioning will not be allowed to jump the line or hold a place for someone else, unless someone has momentarily stepped away to the restroom.
The casting is for women ranging in age from 18 to 27, with various backgrounds, shapes, and sizes. The new NYC casting location will be revealed later this week at www.cwtv.com.
