Michael Jackson’s infamous Neverland Ranch will become a major tourist attraction if the late superstar’s family has anything to do with it.
According to the Sept. 22 issue of Globe, the musical Jackson Clan and Colony Capital bankers are in discussions to turn the 2,676-acre ranch into an amusement park, museum, and concert venue, that could open its doors as early as December.
“Michael’s brother Jermaine is really pushing for this. He has a big vision for Neverland,” says a source.
But that vision hasn’t been embraced by everyone. Neighbors in the quiet Santa Barbara community are expected to fight plans to turn their residential street into a tourist trap.
