Natasha Richardson is hospitalized and listed in critical condition after suffering a severe head injury while skiing in Montreal on Monday.
The Tony Award-winning wife of actor Liam Neeson–and daughter of legendary British actress Vanessa Redgrave– hurt her head while skiing at Mont Tremblant and was taken to Centre Hospitalier Laurentien, Canadian TV reports.
A rep for the film Chloe, which Neeson has been filming in Toronto, confirmed that the Irish actor left the set to rush to his wife’s side.
“Liam Neeson left the Toronto set immediately to fly to Montreal upon news of his wife’s accident,” the rep said in a statement to CTV. “We do not have any details at this time but we hope for the best and our thoughts and prayers are with Natasha and Liam and their family.”
The couple has been married since 1994 and have two sons: Micheal, 13, and Daniel, 12.
