Natalie White “Survivor: Samoa” Winner
Natalie White, 26, a former pharmaceutical sales rep from Van Buren, Arkansas, won the $1 million prize on the season finale of Survivor: Samoa Sunday night.
The blonde earned enough jury votes to win the Polynesian-set 19th season of CBS’ long-running reality smash. Perhaps most notably, Natalie managed successfully slay slick-talking Texan Russell Hantz — a scheming misogynistic player Survivor host Jeff Probst proclaimed “one of the most hated and simultaneously loved Survivors of all time.”
The oil tycoon won $100,000 when he was voted fan favorite.
“It’s about having no regrets. You’ve got to take a big risk to get a big return,” Natalie said after taking the night’s big prize. “I had to quit my job to do it. So I gave up a wonderful job – not just a wonderful job, but one that I loved so much. There was a lot at risk for me.”
