Fashion hellraiser Mr. Blackwell has released his 48th annual list of “Ten Titans of Taste-Free Terrors.” And Victoria Beckham has been crowned this year’s court jester. Blackwell calls the Spice Girl out for her “skinny-mini monstrosities.”

Mr. Blackwell’s Complete List Of Worst Dressed Celebs include:

Amy Winehouse-“Part 50’s car-hop horror”

Mary-Kate Olsen-“She resembles a tattered toothpick-trapped in a hurricane.”
Fergie
Kelly Clarkson
Eva Green
Avril Lavigne
Jessica Simpson

Mr. Blackwell Best Dressed List is comprised of: Reese Witherspoon, Jemima Khan, Beyonce, Angelina Jolie, Helen Mirren, Nicole Kidman, Katie Holmes, Kate Middleton, Katherine Heigl and Cate Blanchett.

Britney Spears is noticable missing from this year’s list: Mr. Blackwell explains: “I felt that it was inappropriate at this time to make comment, when her personal life is in such upheaval. I hope 2008 is a better year for her.”
