Rumor Alert: Someone’s been telling Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo that they are important again. We hear that more pics of Nick and Vanessa little hot tub tryst down in Mexico last summer are about to leak to the Net and the couple’s legal team has already hopped on defense; slamming blogs with the threat of legal action existing flicks of the has-beens aren’t removed.

OK! Magazine was heavily rumored to have bought the entire arsenal of photos in exchange for a cover story with Nick and V. Did the tab flip and ditch the pics? It’s debatable rather or not anyone actually cares about seeing more of these two naked, but their team of fancy suits isn’t taking any chances. Developing….
