Mischa Barton is working a plea deal to escape jail time for her December 2007 DUI arrest. The former OC actress reportedly plans to accept a plea deal that would save her from the slammer in exchange for a plea of no contest to DUI at her arraignment in Beverly Hills Court on Thursday. Mischa will receive three years probation, a $1,700 fine, and a dropped marijuana possession charge per the plea agreement.
