The abysmal Billboard performance of Scarlett Johansson’s debut album Anywhere I Lay My Head has done nothing to deter actresses from trying their luck in the music industry. Mischa Barton, former star of The OC, is the latest celebrity to attempt the transition from acting to singing. Mischa is currently dating musician Taylor Locke and friends of the star say the lovers are having a wonderful time recording a number of hot tracks in hopes of releasing Mischa’s first full-length album.
“Mischa may never release it, but she just may,” a snitching spy says. “Right now, she’s spending time in the music studio and just having fun, but if she likes the end result, she’ll do an album.”

I think it is almost standard these days. They all try a music venture in hopes that it hits big. If so, they run with it - if not then dump and run. Nothing gained nothing lost.

That would be so sweet if Mischa did a ablum!!! I would total buy it! Well, hopefully hear on radio first and see if I like it or not! I’m sure I’ll like her music! I’ll buy her ablum! I hope she released it! That would total awesome! Mischa please please PLEASE put out a ablum! I will bet someone up for you if they talk bad about it! haha!
