Mindy McCready was arrested and charged with violating the terms of probation in Tennessee on Monday.
The country singer has allegedly been lying about the number of community service hours she has completed.
In September 2007, Mindy was ordered by a judge to complete 200 hours of community service for a probation violation for falsifying a prescription for OxyContin.
