The thirty-one year old actor recently confided in friends that he is planning on popping the question to his eighteen year old lover. Milo and Hayden, who met on the set of the NBC smash drama Heroes, began dating last January.

“Milo was looking at rings in late June. He really likes Cartier and intends to spend around $200,000,” a pal snitched to In Touch Weekly.
