Miley Cyrus is getting her banged-up butter wedges surgicially altered, the Rumor Mill reports. That could spill “postponement” for several cities on the insanely popular Hannah Montana tour. Television’s Hannah Montana is rumored to be undergoing an elaborate eighteen hour dental surgery aimed at leaving her with a new smile. The fifteen year old will need four-to-six weeks for recovery, with no eating solids for the first week, and will reportedly postpone a portion of her sold-out concert tour to rest up after the procedure.

“I’m really nervous for the surgery,” Miley says, “but I’m sure it will go well. I can’t wait for my new smile. I love it already.”
