From reading the previous comments, I don’t think that you guys know what plagerism is, do you?

It’s not, “oh, it’s just the guitar,” or “let’s let her off this time” but “Lustra-is-going-to-sue-the-life-out-of-Miley-and-the-show-Hannah-Montana-and-make-Miley-cry-herself-to-sleep-at-night.”

This is big. This is huge. This will on reputations and affect her future greatly.

Honestly I think that the guitar part sounds the same and the beat of the verses and such, sound a bit of the same.

People shouldn’t worry too much about her music though. There’s far worse things she’s done.

i heard the song on the disney channel and as soon as i heard it i was like was that scotty doesn’t know and i listened on and it was all hannah montana?
i looked it up straight away.
if you think about the guitar bit is the most important and heard bit, for the people that said “I say no there isn’t any similarity except for the guitar part!! So she actually didn’t copy!” or similar to that there complete idiots. and again yeah miley cyrus may have not written the song, but shouldn’t her ‘people’ of checked it out? and they didnt so yeah i’d say she is partly to blame.

You people are DEAF. From the moment I hard it I knew it was ripped off from Lustra. The lyrics have nothing to do with the similarities. It’s the tune playing in the background, the guitar riffs and what not. The song was totally ripped off from Lustra. And They aren’t taking legal action towards Miley Cyrus they are taking action towards Disney. Read The damn news. Lustra owns that song, and has been around far more longer then Miley. They have every right to go after Disney for this.
