just FYI, i used to hate miley and jealous of her. i though she couldn’t sing at all… but after i watched HM me and mr. jonas, i tried to watched HM season 1 eps 1 n i realize that i was wrong. her talented is really natural n she didn’t famous because her dad. i watched her acting in all eps HM, hear al her songs which i know she created by her own. and i went to her concert and i really know that she really talented. she really can sing. somebody tell me that our creation is show people who we are… and i know all miley’s songs is really good and full moral lesson. so i’m started adored her. i know she made mistakes… but come on guys… nobody’s perfect!! she still so young. let’s hope she will not being the next britney or madonna. don’t judge person who u don’t know. i don’t know her, but at least a tried to know anything about her to find out is she a nice person or not. and i realize, if she didn’t a nice person, she wouldn’t have great friends, and being as famous as now.

Since you’re so concerned about the hiring practices of “tabloid” websites, why don’t you put your money where your mouth is and DONATE some cash so that PopCrunch can afford to hire a fact checker. Otherwise, shut your hole or hit the red X. And BTW, you might not want to admit to looking at sexually suggestive photographs that you so strongly believe feature Miley Cyrus. In case you rode the short bus in middle school, if the flicks are of Miley as you believe, that would make them child pornography —in which case, you have no business looking at them. (Not unless you want to spend the next 5-10 being some big guy’s bitch.)

The representative is either lying or being lied to. I stand by the opinion that the photo is real, despite how outrageous it may seem. Here’s a summary of arguments

1) EXIF data: (except for the date and size, same as all other photos Miley took)

Camera: Research In Motion BlackBerry 9000
Flash: No flash function
Focus: At 0mm
Date: April 9, 2009 1:54:32PM
File: 1,200 × 1,600 JPEG (1.9 megapixels)
183,381 bytes (0.17 megabytes) Image compression: 97%

2) Picture taken at that very night on Miley’s Twitter, with EXIF data proving it – http://img30.imageshack.us/img30/6893/mileyy.jpg. Shows her with the same rosy cheeks and the same hairstyle.

3) The combination diagram, which the Inquisitr, Paparrazzis, and other websites took as evidence for it being a photoshop, was in fact created by a digg.com user to prove that it is real. Her head’s position is a little different than in those two photos, something that cannot be done in photoshop.

4) The original photo had TrainReq’s watermark. Sound familiar? Same guy who leaked all the other Miley photos from her e-mail account.

Oh, I’m sick and tired of misinformation being spread around. Tabloid websites should hire people who actually do research, and not just jump to conclusions.
