Miley Cyrus Sex Doll Lawsuit

You can call her a bong-smoking celebuspawn and an out-of-control Disney starlet, but use her image for your self-pleasure and Miley Cyrus calls in the Team of Fancy Suits!

The Rumor Mill is abuzz with whispers that the controversial Hannah Montana starlet is filing suit against the manufacturers of the Finally Mylie! Love Doll, a Cyrus doppleganger sex toy that has been flying off the shelves of smut retailers in record numbers since its introduction earlier this month.

“Mylie” is the brainchild of Pipedream Productions, an adult novelty company behind popular inflatable caricatures inspired by Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez, and Beyonce. Not pleased to be in the presence of such diva, the real Miley is furious that Pipedream is using her likeness to line their pockets and the teen’s lawyers are wasting no time putting together a defamation of character suit against the brand. She’s seeking an unspecified sum in damages and suspension of the doll’s sales.

“She’s had years of practice speaking into the mic, and now she’s ready for yours. Just add air and this teen-queen pole-dancing princess comes of age right before your own eyes. Daddy’s little stoner is ready for you to bone her!” reads a Pipedream-penned described of Finally Mylie!, which sells for approximately $25.

Despite the Word on the Curb, online retailers say they haven’t heard a thing about a potential lawsuit between Cyrus and the makers of the Mylie Doll, which has proven quite a hit with folks who are in to this kinda thing.

“We haven’t heard anything from Miley’s people or Pipedream, and even if we had, the product has already sold out. It’s a top seller and we are now waiting for more inventory,” says one adult website owner.

Who knew so many middle-aged men wanted to give Hannah a little banana?
