   I don`t know, the photo looks so wierd, its like she was trying to push her boobs together to make them bigger. I showed the pciture to my brother and hes like “Man, she looks like a rat.” that was funny. Then in the artcile, she says she has big boobs and curves. She dosen`t! She is skinney. I don`t know what was going on with Seventeen when they chose Miley as their covergirl.
