Miley Cyrus Replaces Britney Spears In “Favorite Teen Idol” Poll
Britney Spears is no longer tops in pop. The scandal-prone star has lost her coveted teen queen title to Hannah Montana actress Miley Cyrus.
The Disney star has been voted “Favorite Teen Idol” in an online survey conducted by PopEater.com, earning 32% of the votes–although only 10% think she is the best role model.
The Jonas Brothers came second with 27% of votes.
Scandal-prone Britney Spears came in third place. Only 25% of those surveyed felt the former teen idol still deserved the title.
The Backstreet Boys were voted the greatest teen idols of the 1990s.
A total of 57,000 people took the survey, which saw country star Taylor Swift named the celebrity who has the best influence on young people.

At least when Brit became famous she had been done with the Mickey Mouse Club for a couple of years, and at least she signed on with a REAL record group.
In the end, Miley is a fake singer, who is polluting MTV along with Jonas Bros. If idiotic kids want to hear them then fine, but keep them strictly on the disney channel, they have no purpose in the real music industry and dont belong there.
