Miley Cyrus Racist Photo Lawsuit Dismissed
Miley Cyrus has won a court battle over a racially-insensitive photo that sparked criticism for the teen starlet earlier this year.
On Friday, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Robert Hess dismissed a $4 billion lawsuit filed against the star of Disney’s Hannah Montana by a disgruntled Los Angeles woman.

Last winter, Lucie Kim sued Miley on behalf of L.A.’s Asian-American citizens after a picture of the singer and her teen cohorts making a “slanty eyes” gesture surfaced online in February. Although, the Cyrus camp ultimately issued a public apology for Miley’s actions, Kim alleged that the photo mocked Asians and insisted she was left emotionally distressed after viewing the snap.

This is a racist photo but no one thinks that way because people are not aware of the racism towards asians. Had someone did this to African American ethnicity, then people would realize it as being racist.
