Disney has been left shamefaced — again — after its most famous eff-up was caught showing off her stellar oral talents on a birthday cake crafted in the shape of her boyfriend boy parts.

Cyrus and her boyfriend, Australian actor Liam Hemsworth, celebrated his birthday by eating a penis-shaped cake. Liam threw a party at Club Icon in Los Angeles last Saturday night and during the festivities The Hunger Games star was presented with a baked phallic-inspired treat.
TMZ has gotten its hot little hands on blush-worthy snapshots of Miley — er — servicing the well-endowed dessert. The Hannah Montana star jokingly pretended to lick the XXX-rated cake and shrieked with laughter as she prepared to cut it.
In other pics, the “Party in the U.S.A.” hit-maker can be seen drinking cocktails and dancing on top of a table in a black mini-dress.

After all, this is not the first time Miley has snacked on a controversial cake.
She was presented with a Bob Marley cake by pal, including Kelly Osbourne, at her 19th birthday party last November. Cyrus then set off controversy when she joked:
“You know you’re a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake. You know you smoke way too much fucking weed!”
