Miley Cyrus Not Dating Nick Jonas

Miley Cyrus is quashing rumors that she has rekindled her romance with former boyfriend Nick Jonas.

Speculation about the former couple – who split in 2007 – began brewing on Friday when the NY Daily News claimed Miley was planning to dump 20-year-old model/singer Justin Gaston to return to the youngest member of the pop trio The Jonas Brothers.

Miley has blasted the reports, insisting the former couple are just “best friends.”

She says, “We aren’t back together. I don’t think people know how to make an ex-boyfriend into a best friend and it seems impossible. But when you have known each other as long as we have – we did have such a great relationship. Even he has said, ‘We don’t know what will happen in the future but for right now, we know we are best friends.’”
