Miley Cyrus showed off a new piece of jewelry — per her Twitter page –while having dinner with her mother, Tish, in Savannah on Thursday — a brand-new nose ring!

Perhaps the piercing is a prop for her new film, The Last Song, which she is currently filming on-location in Georgia.
