Well I agree with ‘Truth’ & ‘Mari’, they’re around 4-5 years apart & if you knew your facts—————average couple in america is 6 years apart, not the same age! So they are not above the average age difference! Most females don’t want to be cougars! & most prefer partners who are a couple years older, as girls mature faster than guys. Another thing, why is there age even a topic for discussion!? They are not 10 years apart! Its only about half that! you wouldn;t be saying the same for a 22y.o. & a 28 y.o.! Also look at Beyonce & Jay-Z, 12 years apart (& they still work!), Miley & Justin are not even half of that!

Um she’s 16 (was 15 when they started dating), he’s 20, that’s 4-5 years apart at best…yeah she’s still very young and it’s a little different, but they seem to have the same values and seem to be happy, whatever. Personally, I don’t know what that will do for her career in how she’s a role model for teens and tweens, but as long as she keeps parts of her life private or low on PDAs I think she’ll be fine.

Obviously these people have never felt more than a high school crush for anyone in their lives. Love has very few boundaries, and age isn’t one of them. I’ve met many happy couples whose age differences can be as much as seven years apart. If you’re mature enough to handle that type of relationship, then it’s more than acceptable. I won’t speak for Miley Cyrus, because I don’t know her. The behavior she’s shown has been inappropriate and immature at best. But just because her relationship with an older man may not be love doesn’t mean you should disregard and look down on ALL relationships with people seven years apart. Age means a lot less as you grow older, anyway.
