Miley Cyrus has defended her decision to wear a cleavage-baring bikini top while jogging in Los Angeles over the weekend.

The Hannah Montana star was photographed wearing a green bikini under a baggy T-shirt while running with boyfriend Justin Gaston outside her family’s home on Sunday.

Speaking on Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS-FM radio show Monday, a defiant Miley said: “I don’t get the big whoop, but whatever…I guess it’s just…I’m not allowed to jog any more. I don’t get why people are allowed to take pictures and make them something they’re not, but I guess that’s just how their job works and how they’ll make the most money.”

The teen explained that she was wearing the swimwear because it was “like, 100 degrees out” and her little sister “wanted to have a car wash.”

“As I’m running, [my T-shirt ] got a little bit lower and you could see a little of the bathing suit top. So, oh my goodness, Miley Cyrus wears a two-piece! Kill me! I’m wearing a two-piece…with an 8-year old.”

You all of a sudden have a series of pictures that portray you as someone completely different to who you really are.
