Miley Cyrus is having a hard time keeping her chin up these days-especially since it’s so big. The “Breakout” star is incredibly self-conscious about the prominent feature she inherited from pop Billy Ray Cyrus and can hardly want until she’s old to go under the knife.

“It’s a rough time for Miley,” a Star Magazine informant explains. “Her dad says give it gives her character and jokes that if you’re going to be in the entertainment business, you better have a strong chin. But she doesn’t think it’s a laughing matter.”
