Miley Cyrus dressed up as Julia Roberts for a B-Day celebration in the Big Apple Wednesday night. The star of Disney’s Hannah Montana dressed in an elegant red frock — patterned after the one made famous by Julia Roberts’ hooker alter ego “Vivian” in the hit 1990 film Pretty Woman — for an ’80s-themed party celebrating her 17th birthday.
