Miley Cyrus “Breakout” Billboard No. 1 371,00 Copies Sold

Miley Cyrus has landed atop the Billboard charts after her new album, Breakout, moved 371,000 copies in its first week of release, according to Nielsen Sound Scan.
Breakout is the second-biggest sales week of 2008 for a female artist, coming in right behind Mariah Carey’s E=MC2, which sold 463,000 copies when it debuted in April.
