Miley Cyrus is offering fans the first look at the cover art for her forthcoming LP. The Queen of Teeny-Bop Pop has released the cover for her new album, Breakout, available everywhere July 22nd. What do you think? FYI, Breakout is the first album fifteen year old Miley will be releasing under her legal name; each of the star’s previous albums carry her Hannah Montana alias.
