Romeo and Juliet have experienced a parting of the ways. (Insert violins here). Poor Miley Cyrus is having a week, the heartbroken teen has been forced to break up with boyfriend, Thomas Sturges, after provocative photos of the pair canoodling appeared on the Internet last week. Fed up with their brightest star’s recent acting out, Disney executives ordered an end to the romance.

Thomas is a high school junior from Manhattan Beach, California. The teens met last year when Thomas’ mother, record producer Antonina Armato, penned the tune “Right Here” for Miley’s Hannah Montana 2 album.

“Nobody was happy about the pictures-not Miley’s family, not Tom’s and especially not Disney. They let Miley know it would be best if she and Tom broke it off,” a Miley mole told The Enquirer.
