Hundreds of screaming fans came out to see teen sensation Miley Cyrus as she signed copies of her first book in Manhattan on Thursday.
Miley posed proudly while holding up a copy of her autobiography, Miles To Go, at a meet-and-greet for fans at Barnes & Noble in NYC.
