Forget med school! The job market is thriving for bulked-up and heavily-tanned reality jugheads.

Just look at Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino.

The Jersey Shore star is predicted to earn up to $5 million by year’s end, The Hollywood Reporter said Monday. Sources say the former personal trainer and waiter from Long Island, New York is earning close to $60,000 an episode to down Triple Sec and bed intoxicated brunettes on the vodka-soaked reality smash. But Sorrentino pockets another $15,000-$50,000 for event appearances.

And if that weren’t enough, get this: The Sitch will be releasing his autobiography Here’s the Situation later this year. The budding clothing designer’s also signed on to endorse a new vodka, Vitamin Water, and a shoe under the Reebok brand. Oh, did we mention that his workout DVD hits shelves in November?

“We are really excited about all the opportunities coming Mike’s way,” said Sorrentino’s manager, Mike Petolino of Gotham Entertainment. “He has been able to secure many endorsement deals, business opportunities and additional television offers based on the success of the show. Our goal has always been to try to build a brand if the situation presented itself.”
