Mickey Rourke DUI Arrest
MICKEY ROURKE was arrested this morning in Miami Beach for allegedly driving under the influence. The actor made an illegal U-turn and began weaving down the center of the road on his Vespa Scooter. He failed a sobriety test and was booked at 9:30 a.m. He is being held on $1,000 bond.
