First Lady Michelle Obama is about to become a comic book superhero.

With the debut of a biographical comic that is scheduled for release next month, Mrs. O will become part of the Female Force series from publisher Bluewater Productions

The Female Force series showcases powerful female leaders; previous issues have featured Princess Diana, Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

“I feel like the guy who invented the Furby,” Bluewater President Darren Davis said during an interview with The Chicago Tribune on Tuesday. “The reaction has been insane.”

The Michelle Obama Comic shows the first lady growing up in her middle-class South Shore home, attending Princeton University, and helping her husband become the nation’s first president of color.

Michelle Obama’s Female Force Comic will sell for $3.99 when it is released on April 25.
