Michael Phelps is diving back into the deep end of the party pool. The Olympic champion was spotted at NYC hotspot Marquee guzzling Grey Goose from the bottle and playing tonsil-hockey with his cocktail waitress girlfriend, Caroline “Caz” Pal.

“Michael was definitely having a good time,” an spywitness has revealed to the NY Daily News. “He was drinking straight from a bottle of Grey Goose, and when the deejay started playing M.I.A.’s ‘Paper Planes,’ he got up, started dancing like a loon and kept on yelling, ‘Shots!’”

The 14-time medal-winning swimmer has been laying relatively low since his public image took a beating following a marijuana-smoking scandal last January. But he made up for lost time by treating fans to full-frontal face sucking with his girlfriend Caz.

“They wouldn’t stop making out! They were literally sucking face, and not caring that anyone was watching….”
