Fourteen time Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps is adding children’s book author to his resume.

The champion swimmer just finished penning How to Train with a T. Rex and Win 8 Gold Medals, The Associated Press reports. The book follows the swimmer’s training regimen and features illustrations of Michael, his bulldog Herman, and his coach Bob Bowman.

“It’s a fun way for kids to learn and for me to get a lot of different messages out there,” Michael tells The AP. “Having Bob and Herman in the book is cool.”
