Michael Lohan Slapped With Cease & Desist Order Over Sale Of Kate Major Nudes

Have you heard? Alleged lady beater Michael Lohan’s been slammed with a cease & desist order hot on the heels of reports that the controversial stage dad has been hawking naked snaps of Kate Major, the tabloid reporter he’d planned to marry.
This week, attorneys for Jon Gosselin’s former flame fired a letter to her ex-fiance Lohan, who Major claims took nude pictures of her while she slept and has been trying to unload them without her consent.
The letter, obtained by TMZ, was sent by William O’Connor on behalf of the former magazine reporter.
Here’s a snippet: “We have recently become aware that you are illegally selling or offering for sale one or more nude photographs of Ms. Major to kikster LLC and other websites. On behalf of Ms. Major, we hereby demand that you immediately cease and desist such illegal activity.”
The letter continues: “By making these photographs available to kikster LLC and other websites, you have acted in intentional and flagrant violation of her rights.”
Michael — who’s facing assault charges for allegedly attacking Kate in a fit of rage earlier this month — insists he’s not the person trying to sell Major’s nudes. According to Lohan, the images were recently “stolen from him.”
How convenient.
