Papa Lohan’s ready for his close-up!

Michael Lohan, the troubled dad of former child star Lindsay Lohan, has been charged aggravated harassment after allegedly making a threatening phone call to his fiancee.

The Suffolk County Long Island Police Department says Michael Lohan surrendered in Central Islip, NY on April 6 on one charge of aggravated harassment.

Prosecutors believe the self-proclaimed born-again Christian threatened to kill himself and 34-year-old Erin Muller if she left him.

In a statement to Newsday, Michael denies making any threats.

This isn’t the former actor and Wall Street trader’s first run-in with the long-arm of the law, in 2007, Michael was released from prison after serving nearly two years for attempted assault and driving while intoxicated.

He’s due back in court June 10.
