Michael Jackson “Too Ill” To Face $7 Million Arab Sheikh Lawsuit

An attorney for Michael Jackson says the King of Pop is too ill to travel to London to testify in a suit that says he owes an Arab sheikh $7 million.
“It would be unwise for him to travel, given what’s he’s got now,” lawyer Robert Englehart told the Associated Press on Tuesday.
Michael is requesting to testify via video from the U.S., but the lawyer for Sheikh Abdulla bin Hamad Al Khalifa, who claims Michael reneged on a record contract, says the pop star needs to present in court.
A London judge will decide on Thursday whether Michael is healthy enough to fly.
