Michael Jackson’s Former Landlord Suing Estate For Damages To Las Vegas Mansion

The estate of late singer Michael Jackson has been presented with a lawsuit seeking compensation for damages to a Las Vegas mansion the star rented between 2008-2009.
Jackson’s former landlord Aner Iglesias is suing the late star’s estate for damage which was reportedly caused to the property while the “Thriller” hitmaker lived there with his three children, Prince Michael, 13, Paris, 12 and eight-year-old Blanket. Iglesias claimes he never was compensated for the $234,000 worth of damage to the exterior and the interior of the property, as well as problems with the internal phone and alarm system.
The 1.7-acre, four bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom compound was the Michael’s last residence in Las Vegas and boasted a chapel, maid’s quarters, and an 8,500 square foot basement, which the music icon used as a studio and place to store his book and art collections.
The property has been on the market with an asking price of $12.8 million since February.
