Celeb spies spotted the King of Pop having lunch with Las Vegas big-wig Steve Wynn for the second time on Thursday. Snitches say that M.J is in talks with S.W to create a Vegas show topping Elton John’s and Celine Dion’s. “This isn’t their first meeting, but it could be the one that seals the deal,” says our source.
