He was supposedly a cardiologist being paid big bucks and couldn't keep Michael alive when he was right beside him probably watching his respirations diminish. And there was not a phone line in Michael's bedroom? How many people DON'T have a cell phone these days in their pockets? It ALL sounds fishy to me and actually more like murder, if the doctor had recently injected him with a narcotic.
