Earlier this month, Latina magazine reported that Sri Lankan rap star M.I.A. had named her infant son Ickitt. The new mom vehemently denied the scoop in a acid-tongued blog on Celebrity Myspace. Well, TMZ obtained the newborn’s birth certificate over the weekend, and it appears like the original report wasn’t that far off of reality, after all.
