Mexico Attempts Michael Jackson “Thriller” Dance Guinness World Record
On Saturday — which would have been Michael Jackson’s 51st birthday — approximatley 12,937 people in Mexico City paid tribute to the late King of Pop by doing their best zombie and trying to break the world record for the largest number of people dancing to Michael Jackson’s 1982 hit “Thriller” at the same time!
The Guinness Book of World Records will decide sometime in the coming weeks whether or not the Mexicans broke the previous record set by 242 students from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA last May.
